Quick debug notes

• Check local first: can you reach the router UI and does Wi-Fi still show as connected?
• Compare Wi-Fi vs wired: if wired works and Wi-Fi does not, it is Wi-Fi/router. If both fail, it is modem/ISP.
• Bypass test: connect a laptop directly to the modem (power-cycle modem first). If that works, router is the issue; if not, modem/ISP.
• Simple internet check: try a couple of sites + ping 1.1.1.1 (connectivity) and google.com (DNS).
• Note the fix that works:
• router reboot only: router/ISP
• modem reboot only: modem/ISP
• model/client reset only: service/app
• Log time, symptoms, and test results; patterns reveal the culprit.
